“At Premier Plus I continue to provide corporate and family protection along with mortgage advice. I work with clients all over the country, particularly in London and the South East where I am based.”

Martin has been happily married for over 35 years and enjoys all forms of sport, particularly cricket, whilst he is a hardened Liverpool Football Club supporter.

Toni has worked in the financial services industry for over 13 years, firstly with Lloyds Banking Group and now with Premier Plus Ltd and has a passion for helping people realise their dream of owning their own home.

She aims to build long lasting relationships by offering the best advice and service she can possibly give

When Toni’s not working, she loves spending time at home with her young family making memories and also keeping fit. If she’s not doing either of these, you will most likely find her in the garden or on her allotment enjoying all that nature has to give.

Roxy Burridge

Roxy has been working for Premier Plus for ten years, starting as an administrator and working her way up the company.

‘I passed my final CII exam in December 2018 and have been enjoying my role as a Paraplanner and a Mortgage Adviser ever since. The sense of pride you feel when you help First Time Buyers to get onto the ladder or a long-standing client to buy their “forever” home, makes everything worthwhile.’

Roxy is married with an eight-year-old son. She spends her weekends as a ‘football mum’ and enjoys a good meal out with the girls!

Michal Mikula

Michal started his career in the financial services at Lloyds TSB in 2006. Having covered various roles, from Cashier to Senior Personal Banking Manager he became a Mortgage Adviser in 2014.

Since then he has been providing his clients with a fully comprehensive advice on mortgage and protection solutions from across the Whole of Market.

He is happily married and has two young daughters and as much as it may sound like a cliché, being a dad is the best thing in the world for Michal.

“I am delighted to have now rejoined my career path, helping people through the mortgage  process and seeing them settle in their new homes.”

Kate considers herself to be particularly friendly and loves nothing more than spending time with friends and family. A ‘yes’ type of person so anything goes, from theatre, restaurants and cocktails to weekends away, escape rooms and spas.  Known to climb mountains and mess about in boats, Kate does not spend an awful lot of time at home but when she does, Kate can rustle up a decent meal and play a mean game of Scrabble.
