Both Jim and Sarah have been absolutely fantastic. Without Jim we wouldn't have a mortgage. He has gone above and beyond and even now still try to secure the latest best rate for us from the lender . Sarah always keep us informed. For example on 23 Oct, she wrote “a copy of your Lower Rate mortgage offer which has been produced today” Very professional very helpful Highly recommend Jim & Sarah to anyone!!
